In the mission where u go help cesar called despardes or (some shit like that) u have to recruit gang members and I have no idea how. Help cause this is a stupid fucking problem to have
~sigh~ You know, it does tell you how to recruit people in one of the missions. Press and hold the right mouse button while looking at a homie, then press G I believe.
