| Vice City has its share of bugs, as one might expect with a project of its ambitious scale, but the one that always completely blew my mind was the inability to access the Havana Outfit in Little Havana without performing some bizarre jumping ritual for a ridiculous amount of time. Now that Vice City is out on PC, we can fix that...so I did. The fix comes in two flavors: "Easy", and "Tiny". "Tiny" is a 3KB download, but you have to use a CollEditor during the installation. "Easy" is a 160KB download (which in these days of broadband is pretty tiny anyway), but you get to simply skip the CollEditor steps. Both require you install and use an IMG Editor. Instructions for installation are included in "Readme.txt" in the Zip files, as well as links to locations for downloading the CollEditor and IMG Editor. The files are currently hosted on a FilePlanet mirror which shouldn't have any lines even on the "Public" servers, but you're welcome to mirror this file anywhere you like as long as the zip archives stay intact with the original ReadMe files. | Nicely done Ted, but just to let ya know it really doesn't take that much time to get the Havana outfit. You go get an Angel from the Greasy Chopper and bring it to the place where the Havana outfit is (takes about 2 mins) you blow it up inside with a grenade and walk on top of it. Then you just jump at the door until your head is above a yellow portion of the ceiling then you jump at the Havana outfit and fall through the floor and appear back outside. (It only takes a minute to do this if you are experienced at doing this) I can do this whole process on my PS2 game within about 4 mins. If you don't want to spend time getting the Havana outfit again then just go and save your game so that if you die, you can just load your save game.  It sounds like more work than it actually is. Works quite well for me now.  |

| Strange. You just walked in and got the Havana outfit? I can't say I was ever able to perform such an act. This is after you've completed the Two Bit Hit mission, correct?
