| Unbalanced tends to mean really cool wins though, when your on the worst off team. That one mega victory against the odds just owns. CS_(forgot the name) that one with the sortof block of flats setting or whatever, teh two building with hostages. | Um, wasn't that the mansion like one? The one at night, with the council flats kindof indstrial area style. Had one lot of hostage near a vending machine and an air vent which you could smash. Cellar had lockers in it. Not helpful, I know. CS_SOurce is better, less cheats (givethe bastards time) but some pretty fucnk glitches. And high-arse pings. ------------------ -My site got deleted- |

| 2na: I only played the original over LAN, net was full of tossing cheats. Elxxy: Yup, Agreed.  Ah, Backalley. Name of much humour. CS Source is good, the physics and upgraded maps add so much more. The barrels now react to bullets and everything! Half Life 2 is, simply, awesome. GET IT! Sure, its alot shorter that 1, but its packed full of so many memorable bits. The whole world really does react like the real world. I forgot the story at one bit and just fucked around with the gravity gun, stacking everything up. I wouldn't try running it on the machine that the minimum specs say though. You'd be lagging like a jew. ------------------ -My site got deleted- |

| Aye, usually when I look for topics that should be placed here I go for unanswered ones, badly titled ones, topics that disolve into useless whining, locked topics and topics by banned members. I don't usually base anything on time, since we get a lot of visitors from search engines who can go to any page and the new members wont have seen anything. It's great that we can build up a lot of topics that are useful and remove the useless ones when we find them. I see the board as one resource by topic, rather than by date. Which is why I don't complain if people add stuff to old topics. (As long as it's useful.) It's just organised by date so you get to see everything if your a frequent member. The usefulness and relevance of a topic is usually based on the content, not the date. As always, if you think a topic shouldn't be here just post in that topic with a reason and I'll restore it. ------------------ |
