Does anyone else's garages lose their cars?

In San Fierro, the garage that I start taking care of (across from Wang Cars) used to only hold one car (instead of 4).  Now it's fine.  But now, the garage in Calton Heights (whatever the squigly big brick driveway hill thing is) ... that used to disappear all the time.  (I saved on a different file and that one doesn't do it anymore.)  Also, one of the garages on the very west side of San Fierro lost a bike.

Anyone else have this problem?  Anything I can do to prevent it?

I've had two cars disappear from the garage in San Ferrio.

yeah, the only way to get a hunter is by getting gold on all the flying school tests.  there isn't one on the aircraft carrier, there is a jump-jet on it however, but good luck trying to get it.

Spoiler:
and yes i know you get it after finishing a mission..

The aircraft carrier is sitting in the naval docks near the airport runway. Problem is, if you fly, swim or walk anywhere near this area, you get a 5-star wanted level.

There's no hunter there btw. Not that I've really explored the hangar next to it now I think about it. Hmm.

theres no way around that? that seems weird that they'd put something in the game you can't get to in any way at all. is there a uniform type thing (like VC)?

i guess this would fall under this category.

i have a modded lowrider with the 10x nitrous... does that help in doing unique stunt jumps in any way? i'm specifically thinking of the one up the stairs on the boardwalk by the beach safehouse. i've run that jump i don't know how many times on an NRG, going as fast as i can, and i still can't seem to get the unique jump. so would the nitrous do it? can that car even fit up the stairs?

also having trouble with the jump by the Arena, up the stairs of the pedestrian catwalk.

It's quite an easy jump to do. In fact, I believe I pulled it off without nitro, in an Elegy. However, you could do the VC trick, and just tackle every insane jump on a PCJ. That makes things much easier.

Edit: By the way, you do know you can get an extra burst of speed by leaning forward on the bikes don't you? That might help.

And on the subject of Police uniforms, having gotten 100% progress with Denise, she gave me a pimp outfit for my wardrobe, so I assume that dating Barbara in El Quebrados is the way to do it. She's a copper you see. You can find her having a conversation outside the police station, but be warned, you're going to have to get fattened up a bit before you try it. She doesn't like skinny guys.

Haven't gotten 100% progress with her yet as she's quite hard to please, but when I do, I'll tell you.

really? i was under the impression that the PCJ was a slower bike than the NRG.

Yeah. Sorry, I didn't notice that. You tried on an NRG and it still didn't work? I don't know what you're doing wrong then.

Like I said, try leaning forwards on the bike until you hear the engine noise change pitch. Thats the boost kicking in. If you've tried that, then I have nothing more to offer. Sorry.

If you want to Earn the Harrier and Hunter, Don't read below

    Spoiler:
Once you have bought the Abandoned Airstrip, goto the Las Venturas Airport, and goto the Flag Logo on your map. Choose the Race 'Heli Hell'.

You will be at your airport with the Hunter; Take it into your Plane Hangar, get out of it and wait outside for the doors to close. Once disqualified you'll return to the Race Menu. Exit and goto your Hangar and, Ta-Da :

    INSTANT HUNTER

Do the Race 'Military Service' for the Hydra (Harrier) also

Yeah, that mission is bloody annoying. Best tactic is to practice it, over and over. Thats it really.

Zero's missions aren't hard in theory, but somehow they end up being the hardest in the game.

If you can't gun down the planes, use the 'blow up all cars cheat' over and over and over. Easy as pie.

If you think that mission's hard, wait until you get to the next Red Baron mission. You have to hunt down five vans and blow them up- doesn't sound hard, but I've played it a dozen times and can't beat it.

Keep in mind that Zero's missions aren't nessesary to beat the game, just don't play them if you can't beat them.

Like I said above about Zero's missions... the Red Baron one SHOULDN'T be hard, it just is for some reason. I always manage to be flying right over the construction site, precious seconds away from home, when I run out of fuel.

I've tried all sorts of different routes to get to the different vans, and I still always end up with the same results.

Best route I found was to head to the one furthest away from where you start and work your way back from there. Biggest trouble I had wasn't the fuel, it was that I kept getting gunned down by that wanker on the back of one of the bikes.

Its tough.. you kind of have to predict the direction of the planes and fire so they fly into the stream of bullets.

You CANT get them all, at least not before theyve dropped thier bombs, its impossible. But when it first starts its important to kill as many as you can before you start letting some go... some you HAVE to let go, you dont have a choice. -Watch your radar- for which direction the most planes are coming from, take out the groups of planes.. example, if theres three coming from one way and one coming another way, aim for the group of three planes and let the other one go.. only way you can do it.
