hello i searching editor for gta2 :] Hi should create files .pal from cars file (car.bmp)

Use this program instead, it needs no pal files, just bmp.

this program makes pallet automaticly? For new cars

no, the image editor makes the palette for you, when you convert the image to 8-bit.
