Liked it equally as much as Deathproof, really wished I could have seen both together in the cinema like it was meant to be. For tomorrow night, I have Shoot 'Em Up lined up, the night after that, Superman. And the night after that, Superman II, of course. Oh yes, more comic buying too. I am now the proud owner of Action Comics No.1 thru 13, Superman's first few stories. It's fucking dreadful but amusing anyway. Lois: Let me handle this story! Boss: NO! This is far too important for a girl! Also, Superman threatens to violently kill people quite a lot. Really, he was a dick from the start. ------------------ WORST. VIDEOGAME. EVER.

Oh yes, more comic buying too. I am now the proud owner of Action Comics No.1 thru 13, Superman's first few stories. It's fucking dreadful but amusing anyway.

Also, Superman threatens to violently kill people quite a lot. Really, he was a dick from the start.

Oh and one where Batman is for some reason wiping off a woman's make up whilst saying "Don't cry, or papa spank" Good comic ameer, scratch that great comic. Mastodon are ok, one of the few mainstream metal bands i can get along with. ------------------

Nah, wasn't Rambo at all. The stupid fucker was trying to get the helicopter pilot to go down in a canyon where the chopper was dangerously unstable, he was perched on the edge trying to murder John with a sniper rifle for no good reason, and the idiot fell out.

Except for Rambo III, those movies are great because they are socially conscious and say something about human nature. People who say it's mindless violence are either thick, haven't seen them, or they're goddamn hippies.

Haha, I wouldn't say Rambo: First Blood part 2 was exactly deep though. It sort of plays out as the polar opposite of First Blood in that it's pretty silly and cartoony. No less entertaining for all that of course. Still not seen Rambo yet, meant to catch it at the cinema, found I just couldn't really be bothered. Will probably grab an ex-rental copy on DVD at some point.

I'm still waiting for the ultimate 80's actioner to get a decent release over here. Seriously, I'm not watching Commando if it hasn't got that awesome bit with the shed and the saw blades in it. It's the only 80's Arnie I don't actually own.
