Joined: Feb '03 Posts: 3,192	This is a popular idea from another forum that has gone on for about a million pages... this thread is just for anything you'd like to throw out there, but doesn't fit into any thread or warrant its own thread. Somewhat like the roof, only less shouty spamming, and nobody ever posts there anyway. So, here's something I just came across and wanted to throw out there. Talk about it, or use this thread to post about anything you like- that just doesn't quite justify its own thread. This is the story of my life. It's exactly the kind of shit I would do in exactly the car I would do it in, with people laughing and high-fiving over my stupidity. It's great fun, me and my girlfriend are hooked on it, we go down the Trocadero in Picadilly Circus and show everyone up, haha... They've got an amazing machine, you sit in one of four Ferrari's (F50 Spyder, Dino something or other, 360 Spyder and a 512BB) and they move around and have brake lights on the back, 4 massive screens for playing and leader board, which shows the leader's face (there's a camera in each car). It's not too hard if you're good at racing games and it's really fast and fun, go try it... Oh and each car has two sets of controls and there's a mode where it switches between drivers, which is a laugh :). I've got something, anyone played Outrun 2 SP at the arcade? It's great fun, me and my girlfriend are hooked on it, we go down the Trocadero in Picadilly Circus and show everyone up, haha... Outrun 2 is piggin' ace. It just feels lovely, lovely, lovely. Not a game I'd play forever, but for quick half hour blasts, it's great, same as the original was on my Megadrive.

It did however piss me off that’s it’s peaty much the exact same story as Diehard 3: distract city, shut down transport and police, political message, russian goons, steal money.

Outrun, that's the game where you're the convertible Testarossa, right? I must have spent $50 worth of quarters on that many years ago. Haven't played the new one.
