Lately Ive been really into modding GTA2 vehicle handling and sounds. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the pitch variation option in GTA Wave 4.0? I have a ferrari engine sound Ive been trying to perfect, and I want to raise the point to where the car is at its highest pitch because I want the car to scream at its peak pitch but it the car doesnt seem to rev high enough.
Ive been fiddling around with it and it seems to have no effect in GTA2. According to the GTA Wave 4.0 readme it should work in GTA2 but not GTA1 beacuse somehow the pitch varations in GTA1 are hardcoded in the game.
So If anyone has any experience or advice with GTA Wave it would be greatly appriciated!
