www.mtasa.com/ is the home page. Apparently they're setting up a server list to help you find a game, but for now they recommend Game Monitor? (never heard of it, but then I don't do online gaming).

Yeah I hope MTA SA is as good as they were promising. I never did get a chance to try it before I switched. I did try SA-MP though, so good and synced. It was like Rockstar themselves came down and issued online lol.

i have a friend who is quite obsessed of san andreas and he said that soon is going to come out a DM version of MTA
